The St. Louis Mental Health Board is a special tax district in the city of St. Louis as set forth by state statute.
The St. Louis Mental Health Board is the Substance Abuse/Mental Health and Children’s Services authority for the City of St. Louis.
As such, MHB administers public funds for behavioral health and children’s services for the benefit of city residents.
MHB administers these funds by investing in community programs, projects, partnerships and initiatives that are focused on supporting city residents to achieve positive results and/or experience favorable impacts.

MHB presents the Youth Mini Grant Showcase!
Event to be held on Saturday, August 14th from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. at the Gateway Classic Foundation (2012 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive). St. Louis youth share their community service projects. Admission is free and open to the public! Applications for the next round of Youth Mini Grants will be available at the event.
