Projects

  • CBITS - Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools
  • The Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS) program serves children in grades 1-12 attending a St. Louis Public or Charter school who have experienced one or more traumatic events and are experiencing trauma-related symptoms by providing 10 group sessions using the CBITS or Bounce Back curriculum and individual exposure sessions. In addition, caregiver education, support, outreach and referrals are provided as needed, as well as ongoing school communication to collaborate and track progress.

  • TISC - Trauma-Informed System of Care - Trauma-Focused Therapy Services
  • The Trauma-Informed System of Care (TISC) program serves youth ages 3-18 who have experienced at least one traumatic event, live in communities where violence is a part of everyday live and have experienced environmental instability (ex. foster placement, food insecurity, frequent moves or changes in school) by providing weekly individual therapy, as well as advocacy in other systems, community referrals and caregiver education as needed.

  • TASK for Caregivers - Trauma Awareness, Skills, & Knowledge
  • The Trauma Awareness, Skills & Knowledge for Caregivers (TASK) program serves the caregivers of children ages 0-18 who have experienced a trauma and are at risk for child abuse or physical aggression (child or caregiver) by providing a trauma-informed parenting intervention and/or family therapy, as well as providing community referrals, collaborating with other providers and providing advocacy as needed.
