BJC serves urban, suburban and rural communities; and includes 13 hospitals and multiple community health locations. Services include inpatient and outpatient care, primary care, community health and wellness, workplace health, home health, community mental health, rehabilitation, long-term care and hospice.

MHB has invested in two programs:

  • A program that helps consumers aged 18-25 not currently receiving mental health services to be engaged in and responsive to treatment.
  • A program that helps consumers with serious and persistent mental illnesses experiencing elevated glucose levels or hypertension to achieve and maintain improved health.

MHB has invested in a program that helps consumers with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders with a history of treatment failure.

Employment Connection assists individuals with limited opportunities to self-sufficiency through employment.

MHB has invested in a program that helps consumers who have held three or more jobs within the past 18 months or who may have been released from incarceration, presenting indications of behavioral health disorders, to obtain and sustain employment.

The mission of Hopewell Center is to improve the quality of life for the mentally disabled by decreasing the incidences of mental disabilities and their negative impact through hope, treatment and wellness placing special emphasis on the underserved and chronically mentally ill.

MHB has invested in a program that helps consumers with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders with a history of treatment failure to be engaged in and responsive to treatment.

MHB invested in a program that helps consumers with serious and persistent mental illnesses who are reluctant to seek employment to maintain continuous employment for competitive pay.

Places for People provides individualized, high-quality and cost-effective services to adults with serious and persistent mental disorders so they can live, work, and socialize in environments of their own choosing.

The purpose of this program that MHB has invested in helps consumers with behavioral health disorders to live in safe, stable housing.

The mission of the Queen of Peace Center is to provide holistic chemical dependence treatment to women and their families. What sets the Center apart is the focus on the women and their children. This approach provides necessary support to build strong families and prevent homelessness, unemployment, domestic violence, crime, inappropriate emergency room visits and child abuse.

MHB has invested in a program that helps parenting mothers engaged in substance abuse treatment to manage their condition and avoid behavioral health crisis or emergency.

St. Patrick Center provides opportunities for self-sufficiency and dignity to persons who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Individuals achieve permanent, positive changes in their lives through affordable housing, sound mental health, employment and financial stability.

MHB invested in a program that helps consumers with serious and persistent mental illnesses who are chronically homeless to remain housed in a supportive environment.
