    The Family Formation Program teaches non custodial fathers five key skill for building positive relationships with their children:
    1) modeling: rules, behaviors and values; 2) teaching self-discipline; 3) process of discipline and consequences of behavior; 4) ignoring and providing praise for specific behavior, and 5) solution building – problem-solving techniques.
